About us

Located in Balapitiya, villa pantano provides accommodation with a year-round outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, a garden and a terrace. An à la carte, Full English/Irish or Asian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property.

Features on the ground floor a large and bright 70 m² living room comfortably furnished, with a baby grand piano and a flat panel TV .From there, you access the Dining room with large windows overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped Kitchen,  with a counter and seating area.
You go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the pool and the bar, overlooking the garden.
A small hallway leads to the guest room (double bed) with bathroom.
The villa is equipped with hi-speed internet access/Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection... While all the bedrooms have reversible air conditioning, the other rooms, the living room/dining room, etc.
On the upper floor, a Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a shower room share a 10 m² balcony overlooking the garden and the pool.  All is comfortable, with air conditioning, and decorated with care.

The property and the villa are ideal for 14 to 18 people (with children 4 and up).
 Kitchen equipped with a small fridge, a double hotplate and a sink.  Barbecue (gas), garden furniture.   Parking space available for several cars. Parked in the visitor’s parking that is just outside the property but inside the date community.
The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the pool & trees from everywhere.
Sea and beaches are only 50 meters away.
The main nice train station from 1 km away while the airport is about 110 km.
The city center or the old towns are only a 10-minute drive away.  
A private beach area is available on site.
Ambalangoda Beach is 2.1 km from the villa, while Balapitiya Beach is 50 meters away. The nearest airport is Koggala, 51 km from villa pantano, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
